You can choose your closing date! We can close as quickly as 7 days. This is also subject to change depending on if there are title issues that may come up during the title search. We have a team that can help clear any issues we come across, if there are any, we will help any way we can to clear up those issues for you.

We go through a title company for all transactions. They represent us as well as you, the seller. Everything is done legally, and all documents will be recorded at the county courthouse.

Don't worry, the title company will be requesting payoffs for all liens on the property, and they will come out of the proceeds at closing. You don't have to pay anything upfront!

We can close on your timeframe. If you need 30 days, or 60 days, we can accommodate that. And if you need a little extra time, no problem, we can extend our agreement! We want to make this as easy as possible.

As soon as we close, and you get your money. We will not touch the house until we are the owners, and you have received your money.

On the closing day, we will wire our money to the title company, and once everyone has signed, they will be sending you the funds. They can either do a wire transfer straight to your bank account or give you a check, which ever you prefer.

Will I have to travel to sell my house? No problem! The purchase agreement can be signed electronically, and all closing documents can be done through a mobile notary. We can send them to you anywhere in the country, and we will take care of the cost!
